Willow's clinical experience includes:

Clinical Fellowship (CCC-SLP)

Completed at a specialized residential school serving children and young adults with severe autism and emotional and behavioral disorders within an ABA-based educational model. Clinical focus included low- and high-tech AAC systems, total communication, and complex communication support across classroom and residential environments.

Public, Private & Charter Schools

Provided comprehensive evaluations and therapy services for students across a wide range of speech-language disorders while collaborating closely with special education teams, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers, educational audiologists, and ABA professionals. Willow also provided specialized services at a school for children who use hearing aids and cochlear implants.

Early Intervention (Birth–3)

Provided developmental evaluations, speech-language services, and caregiver coaching for children with autism, hearing loss, prematurity, and developmental delays.

Pediatric & Adult Home Health

Delivered functional in-home therapy for individuals with aphasia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, motor speech disorders, and a wide range of pediatric communication disorders while partnering closely with caregivers and families.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Evaluated and treated speech, language, cognition, fluency, voice, and hearing disorders across pediatric and adult populations.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Prior to becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, Willow worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) across home, school, clinic, and community settings. This experience strengthened her understanding of the relationship between communication and behavior while deepening her caregiver coaching skills.
